Review: nice flashy lights, blue green and red, not really needed for me as I'm 47 and using them to help me carry my paddle board, lol. they come as a pair, 2 in a pack. (didn't seem to mention that on the description, I thought they must do, but was unsure). comes with fixing for the wheels but nothing else, which is fair enough, so I've got to find my spanners, that's why they're not tightened in the pictures. very sturdy metal, rubber (or whatever is it pvc) wheels (not plastic, equals not noisy)
